By creating an account or continuing to use Sage you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Sage.
Sage uses large language models which can occasionally produce inaccurate or incomplete information. We reduce this risk through clinical system prompts, an evidence-based knowledge base, and RD review — but you remain responsible for clinical decisions about your own body. Always verify with your physician or RD before making major changes to medication, nutrition, or lifestyle.
Some features require a paid subscription. Pricing and tiers are shown in-app at time of purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Refunds are handled case-by-case by emailing support@eatopiahealth.com. Cancelling stops future renewals; your existing period remains active until it expires.
You own the content you create (chat messages, logs, photos). By using Sage you grant us a limited license to process it in order to deliver the service (run AI inference, store it, show it to your assigned RD). We never sell it, use it for advertising, or train external AI on your identifiable data.
We aim for 99%+ uptime but don't guarantee it. Sage may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, deploys, or outages from upstream providers (Anthropic, Railway, Resend, Stripe, AWS). This is not an emergency service — do not rely on it during crises.
You can delete your account anytime (“Delete account” in-app or by email). We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms, pose safety risks, or incur fraud. Where possible we'll notify you first.
Sage is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that Sage will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific health goals. Nutrition science is evolving; Sage's recommendations reflect current evidence but may change over time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eatopia is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Sage. Our total liability for direct damages in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us during that period. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law (including claims of gross negligence or willful misconduct).
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, NY. If you access Sage from outside the US, local consumer-protection laws may also apply.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app and via email, with renewed consent requested for significant changes affecting how we treat your health data.
