🤖AI Generated Content and RD Supervision

Eatopia uses artificial intelligence (specifically Anthropic's Claude AI) to analyze your meal logs, symptoms, and health data. The guidance you receive is generated by AI technology.

While Eatopia's AI system has been designed and supervised by a Registered Dietitian (RD), and its knowledge base is informed by evidence based nutrition science, the AI generated responses are not individually reviewed by a human before being sent to you.

If you are on a care plan with an assigned Registered Dietitian, your RD may review your data and provide personalized input. However, the real time responses you receive from the app are AI generated.

✅Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Eatopia, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Eatopia after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms.

👤Your Responsibilities

As a user of Eatopia, you agree to the following:

• Accurate information: you are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information about your meals, symptoms, health conditions, and dietary needs. The quality of your guidance depends on the accuracy of the data you log.
• Personal use only: your Eatopia account is for your personal use. Do not share your account credentials or allow others to use your account.
• Appropriate use: you will use Eatopia only for its intended purpose of nutrition support and health tracking. You will not attempt to misuse, disrupt, or reverse engineer the service.
• Age requirement: you must be at least 13 years old to use Eatopia. If you are under 18, you should use Eatopia with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

⚖️Limitation of Liability

Eatopia and its team (including founders, employees, and contractors) shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Adverse health outcomes resulting from following AI generated nutrition guidance
• Inaccurate or incomplete nutritional analysis
• Service interruptions or data loss
• Actions taken based on information provided through the app

Eatopia is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

🚪Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@eatopiahealth.com. Upon deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we believe you have violated these Terms of Use, are misusing the service, or are engaging in activity that could harm other users or the integrity of the platform.

💡Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Eatopia (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and the AI system design) are the property of Eatopia. and are protected by intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on Eatopia's content or technology without our written permission
• The nutrition guidance generated for you is for your personal use only and should not be redistributed or published
• Your meal logs, symptom data, and other content you submit remain yours, but you grant Eatopia a license to use this data to provide and improve the service

📜Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Eatopia will be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
